Ichijōji Ken (一乗寺 賢) is one of the the main protagonists in Digimon Adventure 02. He is a Chosen Child, partnered with Wormmon, and holds the Crest of Kindness. He started out as an antagonist in the series, named "Digimon Kaiser".

In February 2012, Ken is in his second year in University, studying hard for the police officer exam. Although he is very popular, Wormmon does not leave his side.[2]
Epilogue[]
By 2027, Ken has become a police detective, married Miyako and had a daughter, a son, and a newborn baby.[3] One day, Ken is home when Miyako is taking care of her children and expresses some concern when Miyako and Hawkmon start arguing. At work, Ken tells Wormmon they have a case. After Wormmon evolves into Stingmon, Ken tells him they have found a dead body of unnatural causes near the river. When Ken cheers Stingmon up, Stingmon speeds up as Ken tries to keep up.[4] On another day, Ken and his family go to a meeting with all the other Chosen Children and their Digimon in the Digital world.[3]
